McWays Construction started in 2006 when Mkhiza Arron Sibusiso, fresh off an apprenticeship, took on a neighbour’s leaking roof—and fixed it right the first time. Word spread, bigger jobs followed, and within five years the one-bakkie roofing hustle had grown into a fully registered construction outfit handling complete builds, additions, and civil works across KwaZulu-Natal.

We’ve kept the same straight-edge values that got us here: do it once, do it properly, and stand by the work long after the scaffolding’s down. Today our portfolio spans everything from township schools to light-industrial warehouses, but our DNA is unchanged—craftsmanship over shortcuts, community over quick cash, and a promise that your project is as solid as the roof we started with.
